The BankFree card is a prepaid MasterCard® card that can be used as a payment everywhere in the world where MasterCard® cards are accepted. It can also be used to withdraw money on cash machines. This card can be a physical or a virtual one. The card holder owns a virtual account and transfers can be made to refund it.

The card holder can access a web interface where they can activate their card, view their transaction history as well as their current balance or make transers from their virtual account.
